The hotel currently does not meet expected Hyatt standards.The vegetarian lunch buffet was disappointing, featuring limited options of subpar quality. Furthermore, the condiments provided were visibly unclean. The furnishings, specifically the tables and sofas, are dated and require immediate refurbishment.Service was noticeably slow. When questioned, the manager stated that the sluggishness was due to staff being on leave for the festival season, which is an unsatisfactory explanation for a brand of this caliber.
