Really disappointed with the experience. I recently booked a lunch kitty with Mr Ajay and Ms Kuldeep from their team. On the day of kitty both of these members were missing from the premises and things committed were not served. Charged more than the promised amount per head. We had to pay more for below average food quality and poor service; imagine when welcome drink being served after desserts. A hotel with this kind of stature is never expected to fall below it's standard and provide a substandard experience to it's customers. Seems like they are operating with interns and not a permanent qualified staff. This happened earlier as well but was ignored. The promised deal was denied on the day of the show. Overall a bad show. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Noise level: Moderate noise Group size: Not sure
