Ordered from New Kings Restaurant via Swiggy and had a terrible experience. I ordered chilli porotta and it was extremely disappointing. The food was cold, too oily, and lacked proper taste. It clearly didn’t feel fresh or made with care. For a restaurant listed on a major delivery platform like Swiggy, this level of quality is unacceptable. Definitely not ordering again unless there’s a serious improvement in food standards. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1
