I ordered chicken biriyani, beef curry, noodles and parotta. Biriyani was extremely spicy and parotta was surprisingly sour. Other items were also not that great. Their quality has dipped to pathetic!. On top of all this the delivery got delayed by 1.5 hrs. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

We ordered Chicken Kottu Parotta from Garam Masala, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. First of all, what we received was clearly Egg Kottu Parotta, not chicken – not even a single piece of chicken was found in the entire dish. The quantity was shockingly low – it wouldn’t even fill up one person. On top of that, the taste was awful – just an overwhelming amount of masala with no actual flavor. It was barely edible. This was hands down one of the worst dishes I’ve ever ordered on Swiggy. Totally not worth the money. We want a refund for this mess. Never ordering from this place again.
