Had visited Kiki’s with my family group of 35, and the experience was exceptional. The service was absolutely on point, and the food was amazing. They served a wide variety of delicacies, each one delicious in its own way. A special mention to Sonali, who coordinated all our orders seamlessly. She was completely hands-on and ensured everything was taken care of, making our overall experience at Kiki’s truly wonderful.

Real Place, Fake Food. Was there for lunch on Wednesday after making a 'booking' but found the entire place empty so service had to be excellent! Ordered surmai fry for starter and surmai malvani curry with rice. The first shock was the fried fish: A razor thin stale slice of surmai with a fat price tag ! We promptly sent back to kitchen Then came the expected surprise: same slice of rubbery surmai wafer in gravy. Honestly speaking; seven stars to the gravy; amazing taste but the show was spoiled by the floating wafer of fish on it. When you order seafood in Alibag, you have high expectations.m; given the dynamics of the place. So it hurts. Although you may not see me again, my sincere request to you : pl be honest with your food you offer ! You have great air, amazing ground staff and a wonderful Chef ! What is stopping you! Sanjiv , Powai , Mumbai. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800
