One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to in an Hotel. Just dropped by at this Hotel to have lunch. I wanted a-la-carte, but we were clearly denied by the Manager, saying that a-la-carte is only for in-house guest and we are not allowed to take it. So forcibly we were made to take the Buffet. The food kept in the Buffet was absolutely stale & tasteless. The Dal was nothing but just water. The service was also pathetic, the waiters had no clue what they are doing, they were just chatting with each other in the corner including the manager. After all this incident, I called up the manager to complaint and he informs that "All other guest like this food, so how are you not liking it" and I was like seriously ?? He then later offers a discount that we clearly denied because we want quality food & service and not discount if you're not offering a-la-carte and charging 2.5k per person for the Buffet forcefully. There were no proper tags on any of the food items, some of the desserts didn't have tag on it and I later got to know that it contained eggs. I also asked a chef who was standing right next to the counter whether it contains eggs or not and he had no clue & told me that he himself is not sure. Same thing happened with croissants and other breads that were kept. We ended up paying 15k and leaving empty stomach. Will definitely not recommend this hotel if you're looking to have any sort of meal there. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This restaurant at Radisson Blu Resort and Spa Alibaug. Is awesome. I went there with my family for breakfast and dinner as I was staying in the resort. Service was good. Aloo Paratha was extremely good. Other Items were also great. The staff were very friendly as they helped me with my orders. Sitting outdoors in the morning is not good because of the sun. Otherwise It was a lovely experience. Vegetarian options: Good Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
