I recently visited this 'Khatirdari' sans Khatir and while the food was quite good, the overall experience was let down significantly by the service. We ordered three dishes, and although the flavors were enjoyable, it took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive—which felt unnecessarily long considering the restaurant wasn't very crowded. Even more frustrating was the lack of basic table service: we weren’t given proper dinner plates and had to make do with just one small plate for all the dishes we ordered. On top of that, we had to remind the server three times just to get the chutney that was supposed to accompany our meal. These might seem like small details, but they added up and impacted the dining experience. There’s definitely a lot of room for improvement in service. With better attention to basic hospitality and quicker service, this place could be much more enjoyable. Until then, I’d say come for the food—but lower your expectations for the service.
I recently visited this restaurant and had the most wonderful experience, thanks to the warm hospitality and service provided by Rakhi. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel truly welcome. Her recommendations for the menu were spot on — Every dish she suggested turned out to be delicious. Must Try Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
