Dining at Chaandi Hilton was a delightful experience, especially on their 10th-anniversary celebration, where I had the privilege of exploring their exclusive, curated menu. The ambiance was enriched by a live ghazal performance, adding a soulful backdrop to the dining experience that felt quintessentially Indian. Every dish was a masterpiece in flavor, perfectly crafted and bursting with authentic tastes. Their blue cutlery added a unique, classy touch, enhancing the visual appeal of each course. We visited the restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow and poor. We had to ask multiple times for even the simplest things, like water. Starters were served, but despite repeated requests, we had to wait 15 minutes for chutney. Although we placed our entire order at once, the mocktail arrived only after we had finished the starters and main course was served. The staff seemed completely indifferent to our dissatisfaction and acted as if nothing was wrong.As for the food, we ordered the vegetarian platter, and it was underwhelming. The paneer tikka was the worst I’ve ever had—completely tasteless. The mushroom tikka was equally disappointing. The dal makhani and broccoli kofta were just average.The only redeeming factor was the live ghazal performance. We went there expecting to have a good time but ended up with a terrible experience. This was not expected from a restaurant claiming to be awarded for hospitality. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the dining experience I had at the Chaandi Restaurant in Jaipur Hilton Hotel on June 1st. My wife, parents, and I arrived for dinner at approximately 8:30 PM and were excited about the advertised live music. However, the music was excessively loud and disruptive to the dining environment. Despite multiple polite requests to lower the volume, the restaurant manager, Mr. Manish Kumar Singh, dismissed our concerns. After much insistence, the live music was temporarily replaced with softer instrumental music, which was a significant improvement. However, the live musician returned shortly after, performing at an even higher volume, seemingly to taunt us. This was incredibly unprofessional and ruined our evening. Mr. Singh's dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge our concerns, along with the musician's disrespectful behavior, were completely unacceptable. We expected a much higher level of understanding and professionalism from Hilton staff. The Hilton brand should be synonymous with consistent quality and excellent customer service. The experience at Chaandi Restaurant fell far short of these standards. I urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure that future guests do not have a similar experience.
