The food was average-not particularly impressive, just your standard KFC fare. The atmosphere was pretty mid; nothing stood out in terms of vibe or cleanliness. I was attended by a team member named Remya, who informed me that they weren't participating in the 7-minute offer, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it felt like a below-average experience compared to other KFC outlets. I have visited KFC multiple times and have consistently enjoyed their offerings, particularly the Peri Peri Chicken Strips. The quality and taste are exceptional—the chicken is tender and soft, complemented perfectly by the bold Peri Peri flavours. Their burgers are also worth mentioning, especially the Caribbean Burger, which stands out for its spicy, tangy profile and burst of flavours. Overall, my experience with KFC has been positive, with good service and consistently satisfying food. I look forward to visiting again. Visited today, i didn’t expect KFC to be unhygienic 1. Trays are not at all clean- from the image attached, the trays are not cleaned properly and its disgusting to see such left over food remains 2. Broken Trays - KFC being a highly reputed brand should consider to not serve using broken trays plates 3. Frugal with tissue paper Tissue paper looks like it was torn using hands to have more pieces. KFC being a highly reputed brand, doing this frugal stuff is a bit shame. If you wanna have small length tissues I would recommend producing such type of tissues rather than tearing up a full size tissue with your hands 4. Tables/Chairs seems not maintained: The tables and chairs seem like so low quality stuff that they have started to rust without proper maintenance 5. Cockroach roaming around I literally saw a cockroach roaming around on my table as attached in the photo I would kindly ask the KFC Team to address these issues for better customer experience.
