The worst one(kerala restaurant)i have ever been in dehi. 1.The service was so poor that the guy who served the food forgot to clean the plate. 2. Had to wait for the food for a long time and later was told that the ordered food is unavailable. 3. Porotta was quicly made that the chef actually got confused if he is making chappati and made roti out of maida. 4. I chose for another food (reason : point 2) and the manager was asking one of the staffs if that particular food was available and that guy replied that there is a bit more of it. When served it was very small in quantity, almost half of the plate (it tasted good though). I am not a fan of destroying someone else business reputation by posting reviews but i really felt bad for all those people who was waiting there for a long time to get their hometown food here in delhi. Dont take people for granted. There are many upcoming hotels who serve good food hygienically. (Cocobana in jankapuri, mahabelly in saket, GK etc) so if the owner is reading this.. try to make a change. On November 30, we ate food from this shop, and in the evening we had biriyani. That night itself vomiting and diarrhea started and it still hasn’t gotten better. We have a small baby at home, and I am a mother who is breastfeeding. If something happens to my 7-month-old baby because of this, who will take the responsibility? Using the name ‘Kerala Hotel’ and bringing shame to Kerala itself… There are many Kerala hotels in Delhi, but none of them give food of such poor quality that people hesitate to even taste it. If you make money by giving food like this, who will have time in the future to buy medicines?”
