The owner is very adamant as I requested for 12 packets half kg each of shrewsberry buscuits. I requested 12 packets as i stay abroad and my kids like these cookies. but owner denied for 12 pits and asked to take only 4 pkts, as 12 pkts is a bulk order as per their so called rules and can't be given. I was showing them my abroad ticket and ID also, but he was not ready to even have a look at it.
Such attitude is not at all accepted. He was very adamant and rude in talking. Now customers are in que for them so they are not bothered but I strongly wish to see them rush behind customers and be humble and great full for customers.
Very very bad experience.

Kayani Bakery in Pune is a legendary bakery in Pune. This place has managed to retain its vintage charm which can be witnessed when you enter. As soon as you get near the bakery, the aroma of baked cookies will surely fascinate you. The interior is rustic and simple with limited seating in the inside. This is a place where people prefer takeaway order. Inspite of plenty of service staff, the place largely remains full with customers and you can expect a bit of chaos at any time of the day. Hats off of the staff for their excellent service. The Shrewsbury biscuits definitely exceed the expectation. Everything is freshly baked, and you get everything just out of the oven. They usually do not have any leftover for the day. The mawa cake is also one of its specialities & likely to run out before the closing hours. Beware of the timings. Kayani Bakery is a must visit place in Pune where you can pick up some mouthwatering bakery stuff for your loved ones.
