Visited kayal third time this year. Ambience is good for a romantic dinner. Last experience was not great coz the waiter did not understand our taste and was reluctant to stretch the menu. But today's visit was great, happy to mention Mr.saajan who took care of our table was very polite and understood our taste while suggesting dishes rather than force what is available.. He was also ready to modify the menu to my taste, instead of smoked salmon on the ceaser salad we had a grilled salmon which tasted great. And also the chetinad fish curry made with bekti was simply superb. I do accept that the bill was on the higher side, but it is expected when you step into a star hotel. Overall i would recommend kayal for seafood lovers..
