Really not a good service, workers are goofing into mobile phones and casually attending customers

Good ambience. Service is bit slow. Tasted jackfruit flavour ice cream and butterscotch. Both are very good.

I chose Mocha and the description as per menu said Belgium chocolate ice cream and filter coffee. When the person who prepared it started to take in vanilla ice cream, I questioned him why and he said the menu has changed and what’s on display is old menu. So I told the reason I chose mocha is cos it has Belgium chocolate. He said menu has changed again and I told I don’t want vanilla ice cream with coffee. He literally threw the vanilla ice cream back into the tray and scooped up Belgium chocolate for brownie Nutella that I chose. Continued to throw things with irritation despite not keeping the menu description updated at their end. How is this fair? I am typing this right when it happened and my ice cream is melting away. .This place used to be nice. I came here cos I had a bad day. Guess he’s having a worse day.Management - please take care of your employees. Peace!
