I had a wonderful experience at BBQ Nation OMR branch whereas we visited for our new joiners treat on 19 March. Preciously, Carolene and Sujath who cared a lot and listened all our concerns till end of our lunch which shows the testimony of ethical Customer care. I was so inspired their hospitality and accepting the mistake too. Pros : 1.Wonderful service and hospitality from everyone. 2. Serving staffs are well trained to handle the customer which is very essential part for sustainable Market. Cons : 1. Starters and desserts are excellent but I personally didn't satisfy with main course dishes especially for mutton items. 2. There is no welcome drink which is offered in many BBQ now but here it is chargeable. This need to be considered as complimentary. 3.Live kitchen is very small place which takes more time during rush hour also the meat is not fresh and it's too hard feel while biting. 4. Sauces like mionaise is not tasty, personally for me.
