I tried the Tamatar Chat and Palak Chat, both were new flavours for my taste buds. They tasted good, though not quite as expected due to the hype. Despite the heavy crowd (probably due to the hype), the service was impressively quick. However, I didn’t like how the crowd was blocking half the road — RTO staff and the security guard had to keep telling people to move aside. First day in Varanasi and first thing we did is eating chat in the evening at Kashi Chat Bhandar. It is located near Godoliya chowk, you need to walk on foot in this area. Its very crowded area. Let's come to chat : We have tried 1. Tamato Chat : It's first time we had this taste and it was delicious. Different flavour of mashed potato, tomato, masala..sweet, sour taste. Crispy chips of potato and simple tadka on top of it. 2. Alloo Tikki Chat : Normal taste, I have tried more tasty tikki chat in North(Delhi and other places in UP). 3. Palak Patta Chat : It's very tasty chat. It's very flavourful. Crispy palak pakoda and then magic of tasty chutneys. Rs 60-80 per plate chat. Taste : 4.5/5 Price : 4/5 Highly Recommended. Thanks.
