The property has immense potential to be a very good property but it is poorly managed. Maintenance is a big issue. Rooms are big and spacious but not clean. For entertainment they have a pool table which is in pathetic condition ( balls missing and the cloth is torn and dirty ). Table tennis table is also broken. They also have a trampoline which barely holds and springs are missing. Open Air Bar is good and view from the balcony is decent. Staff is reasonably friendly. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet

I really really wanted to drop a review for this amazing resort. So here it is My stay at this hotel was beyond my expectations really enjoyed!!!! One thing that I really want to appreciate that the team of Kasauli castle resort is way more responsible towards their visitors & their belongings. Trust me when I say this cuz I actually had forgotten to bring back few of my belongings & left behind at the resort. So the highlight of this review isthat, after I checked out, the room service people cleaned the room where I stayed for 2 days & found those belongings, about which they informed me immediately & also asked my address on call to deliver the same safely to me, yes ofcrse I have already received all my belongings that were left, for which I am extremely thankful to them. Their honesty is commendable Thanks Kasauli castle team for your hospitality Keep up the good work!! Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly, Great value
