Extremely Disappointed with My Stay I had a pathetic experience at this hotel. Due to the negligence of the staff, some of my valuable items were lost, and there was no proper accountability or support provided. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to guests' belongings. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value your peace of mind and personal safety.

We recently stayed at the hotel kasauli regency nd it is in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.Food was excellent and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
