Tv doesn't work after 8pm Very hard to get water in toilet. Shower pressure Very Very low. No shower gel. Reception, some time doesn't answer phone. I will never go Again. Service: 2

We recently stayed at the hotel kasauli regency nd it is in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.Food was excellent and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Service: 5
