"I had a really disappointing experience at KANJI SWEETS today. The staff member I interacted with was incredibly rude and dismissive. They seemed uninterested in helping me and made me feel unwelcome. Their behavior was unprofessional, and it really soured my visit. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the customer experience."
