The food quality is great. Had Black Pepper Flavoured BBQ Chicken and the flavours were so delicious and chicken was so juicy and cooked so well. There is a stand outside the shop if you want to eat there else takeaway. But the food quality is good. I had ordered chicken from KK Fish and Chicken and have faced an issue with it. This is the second time I’ve found blood in their chicken. The first time, I complained and they replaced the chicken. However, this time when I raised the issue again, they offered a replacement, which I declined. They were also willing to refund my money, but I didn’t accept it. Finding blood in the chicken is simply disgusting, and I don't want to encounter this issue a third time. I am a professional chef with 21 years of experience working in Italy, and I take food quality and hygiene very seriously. I would like to respectfully request that the owner look into these problems and ensure that the chicken being served is properly cleaned and sanitized.
