Had the misfortune of ordering food from this place a few days ago. Pricing Magic Pav Bhaji – ₹70. Paneer Biryani – ₹105. Vada Pav (that I never ordered) – ₹70. Parcel charge – ₹5. Total – ₹250. When I asked why I was charged for Vada Pav, the “manager/partner/argument specialist” confidently said they had no idea how to bill extra pav, so they just threw in Vada Pav instead. Genius! After a 20-minute debate, he generously reduced ₹10(means 2 set of paav means 4 paav). I informed specifically while ordering that I just need 2 single paav and not set. Apparently, pavs here are so premium and had to take it as he said its toasted and cannot be returned. Of course, when I opened the parcel at home - surprise! - no extra pav at all. Guess they charged me for “invisible pav.” Must be a new concept. Quality – or Lack of It ️ The pav was huge, but instead of butter, they added… well, I’m still trying to figure out what it was. The Bhaji didn’t taste like Pav Bhaji at all—looked more like leftover vegetable curry pretending to be something else. The Biryani? A masterclass in how to forget salt. Bland is an understatement. When I politely tried giving feedback the next day (as I live far from the hotel), the staff proudly told me I should have opened every foil, tape, and sealed container at the counter itself. Because yes, customers should obviously carry a food inspection kit when ordering takeaway. Brilliant logic. The cherry on top? The owner argued that no one else complains and compared their food to other hotels. Sir, just because people have no choice doesn’t mean your food magically becomes edible. Oh, and apparently, they add “extra paneer” to make up for everything. Yes, there was a lot of paneer—but piling paneer on top of tasteless food doesn’t suddenly make it a quality meal. That’s like sprinkling glitter on garbage. Final Thoughts The only thing I truly got in abundance here was arguments—pav, paneer, and politeness were all in short supply. Most of the food ended up in the dustbin, where it probably belonged from the start. Verdict: If you’re looking for overpriced pav, vegetable curry disguised as Paav Bhaji, and a free lesson in customer mis-service, this is your place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor—walk right past.
