As an unbiased customer I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality and the taste of the foods with the premium price. As a leading restaurant brands in Odisha It is located opposite to the Sun temple. The taste of the foods is not satisfactory at all. The price is highly premium but the taste is unexpectedly bad. Again the persons working in the restaurant are unprofessional and unpolished. The manager and the owner must look into this matter in order to keep the name and fame of the brand. Customer satisfaction and customer retention are the key factors to be successful in the service industry. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800

Really happy and good experience in Kamat food court last nighylt. We are staying in Konark for a few days and just stumbled upon this hidden gem behind the Indian oil museum. Delicious food, excellent service and really clean and hygienic atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and highly recommend it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Veg Fried Rice, Roti, Kadai Chicken Curry Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Totally delicious paneer butter masala. My daughter really enjoyed it. I had veg fried rice with mushroom manchurian and it was the best I have had. Husband had omelette and said it was just as good as home cooked ones by me. Highly rerecommend them.
