A TASTE OF SPAIN IN GOA!!!!!! I recently visited a restaurant named KALLISTE @ Fatona, South Goa. I went there to try out this one special Spanish dish called Paella.... I ordered a seafood Paella , and it was Amazing.... The dish was expertly prepared by the chef with a perfect balance of flavours and textures. The Paella had a rich smokey flavour from the Paprika and saffron, transporting me to the sunkissed beaches of SPAIN..... The seafood was incredibly fresh and beautiful. The Prawn, Calamari and clams were in good quantity. The Portion was Generous and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with a hint of Goan charm and character. The service was top-notch and the presentation was perfect. Overall my experience @ KALLISTE was excellent and would definitely recommend this place for Paella. Surely a little SPAIN IN GOA....
