Very disappointing and unsafe experience. The food seemed fine at first, but within 1–2 hours I became seriously ill with severe bloating, violent watery diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. I spent the night in the bathroom around 10 times, completely exhausted and dehydrated. It was yesterday and if my condition does not improve, I will have to seek hospital treatment. This was clearly food poisoning, most likely due to poor hygiene or contaminated water/ingredients. I strongly advise others not to eat here. A little slice of heaven by the sand. The food was delicious, the staff incredibly attentive, and the place felt very safe and well managed. The changing rooms and washrooms were spotless, and the drinks were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Garry for such warm hospitality that we happily became repeat customers. Silver Spoon Beach Shack became our everyday oasis by the sea. We ended up coming here daily for sunbeds in the morning and candlelit dinners in the evening sunbathing with great food felt like the perfect rhythm of vacation. They arranged everything for us the moment we arrived quick, effortless, and with genuine warmth. The place sits beautifully by the beach waves in sight, breeze in the air, and an easy calm all around. The view is beach-blue and breezy, and the food flows just as nicely. We devoured tandoori prawns, battered calamari, a creamy bowl of pasta, and a few more things that disappeared faster than planned. Their gingerocktail still lingers in memory bright, fresh, tangy, and instantly uplifting. And then the cherry on top clean washrooms (rare treasure on the beach!) and even a mini bathroom with hot water to rinse off the sand before heading back. Small detail, big joy. The people here truly care and make sure everything happens just the way you want it. Lovely place, lovely people, lovely time. Truly a great shack to return to.
