The place is located in the mall and not in the food court. It had very little space for seating, and the queues were huge. We had a 2 year old with us, and it was really difficult to get a seat. It was also difficult at the pani puri counter. There were two counters initially, but they closed the other, which led us to wait for a long time. We would never go back again. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited Kakada Ramprasad at Velachery Phoenix Mall on a packed Sunday evening. The place was buzzing with energy; while the crowd wasn’t exactly managed well, it wasn’t chaotic either. The badam milk was luxuriously rich, a true highlight of the evening. We sampled the panipuri, dahi papdi, and veg sandwich — the quality of the ingredients was evident, though the flavors themselves could use more finesse to match the promise of the experience.
