I had breakfast this morning at Akshayam Hotel in Velachery and ordered the ghee podi thattu idly. To my shock and disgust, I found a cockroach on top of the food while I was eating. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness maintained in the kitchen. I urge the management to take immediate steps to ensure food safety.
