One of the best retreat with amazing location and people... There is not even one thing which i can point out to be improved. From doctors to kitchen staff to administration.. Each one of them make the stay there an unforgettable and comfortable experience. Travelled alone but not even one day you feel lonely there. Amazing people i met there, made friends for life. Initially, I booked my stay for 7 days, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended my visit to 14 days. The retreat is truly a sanctuary of peace and serenity, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views that make for a perfect getaway. The atmosphere is tranquil, allowing for complete relaxation and rejuvenation. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional Ayurvedic treatments I experienced. The retreat offers a range of therapies tailored to individual wellness needs. I indulged in a few traditional treatments, including an invigorating Abhyanga massage and a soothing Shirodhara session. Each treatment was conducted by skilled therapists who took the time to understand my preferences and health goals. The calming ambiance and natural surroundings made each session feel like a true escape, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
