One of the most horrible dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service at Patel Restaurant was absolutely pathetic. From the moment we sat down, we were rushed to place the order, rushed to eat, and made to feel like we needed to leave as quickly as possible. It was very clear that the staff’s only intention was to push customers out so they could accommodate the next table, purely because of the restaurant’s prime location. There was no concern for customer comfort, experience, or hospitality. On top of that, the quality of the food was equally disappointing and did not justify the attitude or the pricing. Zero quality in service and food, with complete focus on making quick money rather than providing a decent dining experience.
