#rude waiters #careless management The Restaurant management failed to provide proper training to the staff. Especially, the person who assigns seats (Staff A) to the guests who waited in the queue outside for 15 mins. Then after entering the dining hall, they instructed us to sit on the uncleared table in spite there was a clear table available (This is their 1st mistake - disappointed from a restaurant which looks attractive from outside and lacking in common sense). Anyhow my parents were waiting for a quiet while, so they didn't mind and sat on the uncleared table only. But when, we asked the waiter (Staff B) to clean the table, he said it would take 5 minutes to clean, so we told him that we wanted to sit on the table which is already cleared, having the same seating capacity. But 'Staff A' was a little annoyed with 'Staff B' which we observed well from a distance and we were confused what to do. Then after a few seconds 'Staff A' came and talked in a very rude way to my Dad to decide the table on which we want to sit. (Mistake 2: Impolite Behaviour with Guests, it is staff's duty to address the guests concern instead of being impolite) They were quite fortunate, that we didn't want to fight with them and we decided to leave the restaurant with a bum trip. Advice to restaurant owners and senior management, to take this review as a learning and improve their customer handling behaviours in which you are completely failing. I have been visiting Kailash Parbat at other places, but this location was a letdown experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
