Had a wonderful stay here. Hotel n their rooms were in superb condition. Luxurious rooms, clean bathrooms, delicious breakfast, good service. Centrally located. Value for money place. Highly recommend..!! Service: 5

If you are looking for a family hotel in kolkata with world class service then Hotel kempton is highly rcommended. Situated at Marquis street with low traffic, peaceful rooms, profeshional behavior of staff incl room service staff , every thing is appreciable. Food is great with very reasonable price. Complimentory break fast need to enhance variety . I satayed there from 12 Nov to 15 Nov 2025. Very close to New Market which is heart of Kolkata for night life and shopping. Lots of Bars are close and at walking distance. I cant give bellow 5 stars to Hotel Kaempton except Comp breakfast which lacked variety. Over all great experice in 3 days stay, Service: 5

Well it was my third time stay from November 16 to November 20.2025. They improved a lot. But restaurant service is not good in terms of food quality. Hotel is neat and clean. Bit high price but ok in terms of location. Also booking must be made at least 10 days ahead Service: 4
