THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDED BY CORALTREE .. I had celebrated my son's birthday an year back which was wonderful .. keeping this In my mind , hosted an engagement party which turned out to be nightmare ... The complete staff is changed and filled with only Attitude who doesn't care about the customer's reputation .. Pathetic service was provided yesterday (27/04/2019) where they were not even serving water to my guests nor serving food on time , right from the starting guests who picked up the plates , had to literally wait wait wait for the food to be served and more than half of the guests were forced to wash there hands waiting for it ... Mrs.Prathiba , Mrs.Suleksha , Mr.Ramesh promised me I will have the best experience than last time but no one were there to look when this kind of Pathetic service was provided , I had to literally run around checking for the Manager but there was no one to help .... Though I explained them the criticality of the Function which was completely ignored ... Will never recommend to host any event in CORAL TREE GOING FORWARD .................

May be this place was good earlier but when we visited here few months ago.. The staff was least bothered. Definitely it's a nice restaurant with good ambiance but there were not much variety in food. The buffet we had was good over all but many other places have better buffet's.

Thank you for organising such a beautiful evening filled with fun food and lovely BBQ. Entire team lead by Rahul and Miraj had done good job.

We planned my son 1st birthday celebration here. And we are very happy for selecting the menu and Venu. Over all satisfied with food, ambiance, taste and team kabab studio.
