Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Good service is something visitors appreciate here. I recently dined at Hamza Restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff seemed unfriendly. The food was lackluster and not as fresh as I expected and I ordered Panjabi chicken curry and it was like tomato curry with chicken pieces in it . The atmosphere was noisy and uninviting. I won’t be returning. Service: 2 Location: 3

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel’s family restaurant. The service from an older waiter (around 40+ years old) was extremely unprofessional. From the start, he was impolite and didn’t even provide a menu card, speaking to us in a very abnormal and unfriendly manner. The worst part was during the billing process. As my father was handing me cash to pay, the waiter abruptly took the money directly from his hands—something that is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. To make matters worse, he didn’t return the change or provide a bill. Because of this unpleasant experience, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for families. A welcoming and respectful atmosphere is essential for a good dining experience, and unfortunately, this place did not provide that. I suggest choosing a restaurant where customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism. Service: 1
