I'm just visiting "Kushini Restaurant" for lunch. With my family. All are likely to have chicken biryani; we ordered 6 biryanis. But it feels very sad to have a first look at biryani. When we serve to plate, I don't know how to make biryani with no gravy and no salt. Nothing. No test and using rice of very low quality. I think those who manage the kitchen must study how to make biryani (Thalasheri). The rate is very high. rupees 210. But food is very low in quality. Restaurant management is also poor. When we entrance the glass door, full food west and fingerprint only. We are disappointed about losing. health, money, and famil good time. Went on 22.Jan 2025 to see the unclean toilets, and hand wash area ! Overall in terms of hygiene a big let down ! 5/10 I will rate. Cleanliness is a big letdown , so was the attitude of the staff . The reception staff and accomplice is more interested in browsing his phone and watching football on TV , than attending to the guests. Even though the place was quiet, with no other tables occupied, it took 30 mins to serve food, which was unappealing and very oily. Used to be nice in my earlier visit ,a year ago. But not anymore ! ( Opinion is sincere and meant for improvement of the place, in terms of hygiene standards, neatness, and attitude of the employees ! ) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Plain Rice
