Do not leave without eating good fried fish, chicken fried rice and fried chicken. This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. We ordered one chicken biryani and one beef biryani. Following a shopping trip, we were quite hungry. However, the customer service was subpar, as the bill was presented midway through our meal. Furthermore, the rice quality was unsatisfactory, and the overall quality of the biryani was disappointing, especially considering our ability to prepare a superior version at home. Last week, we were on a trip to Munnar and had been at Hotel Ascota, Palai, to have some breakfast. They serve tasty vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. The service was very nice and appreciable. Washrooms are clean and tidy. We had a refreshing time at this place and loved it. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Masala Dosa Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: You can have almost all of the South Indian vegetarian dishes, and my family and grandchildren loved it.
