After hearing a lot of good reviews, I took grooming service from Kit Cat Cafe, which turned out to be harassment for my beloved pet. The two men (Aman and Rohan) responsible for Grooming my pet kitten frustratingly without any reason did a 2-hour grooming process in just 45 minutes. They Poured hot water using high speed jet spray during bath. My kitten started slipping, sliding and falling on the steel floor but instead for making her comfortable, they yelled at her and let her keep sliding as they continued scrubbing. When my kitten tried to detach herself from them and the process, that is when they realized the water was too hot for the kitten. Despite me telling them multiple times, to take it slow and take some time as it is a child, they always tried to convince me that it is how it's done professionally. You people are so horrible! Just sharing my experience. Though, everyone can have their own opinions. But please take care of you pets!

Hi sir. You posted this review 25 days after the service when your cat is due for another service? Doesn’t sound right to us! Also as we spoke over call we already informed you that your pet service took 1 hr 25 mints and not 45 mints hence its false information. We have cctv proof. About hot water we have 10 in house cats and we know how much warm water to use.. so we will never use hot water for any cat. We also have footage of you smiling post service. I doubt any parent will smile if their baby is harassed so badly. We have all the cctv proofs ready so request you to please not misguide others here. Our team works really hard and the last thing we want is to hear wrong allegations on our team. Thank you.
