I visited KFC today and ordered a classic burger, but they gave me a combo instead due to their mistake. When I asked about it, the staff simply said sorry and told me nothing could be done, asking me to just take it away. They also made us wait for a long time, and even forgot to give the Pepsi until I reminded them. No valid explanation was given by the workers.
