I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this branch. The quality of both the food and the service was extremely poor, the staff members were not polite, and the overall environment was uncomfortable, which is not the standard I've experienced at your other locations. Dear Restaurant Manager / Customer Service Team, On Thursday, August 14th, I visited your VNR Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant around 12 PM with my parents. Upon arrival, we were informed that the food had not yet arrived but would be reaching soon. Based on this, I decided to place an order and wait for up to an hour. However, when I followed up, the staff mentioned they were unsure whether the food had arrived or not. This lack of clear communication was disappointing and created a very unpleasant experience for us. I kindly request that, in the future, customers be given accurate and timely information. If food is unavailable, please inform us clearly rather than leaving us uncertain. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and transparency.
