I ordered the EPIC Savers 9 PCS for ₹299. The COB-HC (2 pieces) were made fresh, but the Peri Peri (3PC ST and 4PC S) were not fresh and didn’t taste good. I’ve lost trust in KFC. We pay a higher price expecting fresh and tasty food, but they are not delivering on that. Im expecting my money back or one more fresh order Service: Takeaway Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited the KFC branch near Krishna Reddy Pet or Aminpur. Staff: Staff has no courtesy. They don't greet. They don't care whether someone is standing and waiting to order. They ignore customers. Food: Asked for rice bowl. Waited for 3 years to know it's out of stock. Asked for Zinger. Staff say it'll take time. Then say it'll take 10 mins and give me after 25 mins. Then asked for Krush lime. That's also unavailable!!! Only Pepsi and Mirinda. Mayonnaise was in pieces. It was too thick, rubbery and tasteless. Ambience: AC doesn't work. Asked them to turn it on 3 times with no gain. Please stop charging AC electricity bill from staff's salary!!!! Flies are everywhere. Fly catching machine is sitting in a corner like a decoration. Washrooms: Dirty! Water doesn't stop. Basins are all dirty. And KFC owner comments about sending an email to [email protected] which is INVALID! Please stop treating customers as idiots.
