I recently ordered Raagi Sangati and Natukodi Pulusu from Kritunga - The Palegar's Cuisine via Zomato, and I was truly disappointed. The dishes lacked authenticity and flavor. The Natukodi Pulusu was overloaded with raw garlic and other ingredients that completely overpowered the dish. As someone who has enjoyed Kritunga's food in the past, I feel something has definitely changed. It’s disheartening to see the taste and quality declining. These days, I’m also noticing different styles of cooking under the same Kritunga name, which is confusing and concerning. It seems like new chefs or inconsistent recipes are affecting the core identity of this brand. As a well-wisher, I sincerely hope the management looks into this.
