I ordered chicken fry piece biryani family pack at 7:04 pm 12/06/25 bill no: 7161. I ordered it through take away. I didn't checked at the restaurant , I thought it will be hot as I still resturant was not open for the evening customers, so it will be fresh. But sadly it was very cold , not even warm. I don't have any answer to the questions pointed by my family members. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

very bad experience.ordered mutton kunda biryani but what they served is just plain rice and mutton curry which is not cooked properly, and the waiting is like more than 60mins. when tried to report the issue at the reception and to the staff they just ignored without even giving an explanation. rude staff with no proper service. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Kritunga - The Palegar's Cuisine on August 28th at around 4 pm with a group of four. We had a great dining experience; the food was delicious, and we were enjoying our time. However, after we finished our meal and decided to take some pictures to commemorate the occasion, we encountered a disappointing incident. Just as we completed our payment, the restaurant immediately turned off the lights, plunging the entire place into darkness. It was especially disheartening because it was my birthday, and this unexpected act felt very rude and inconsiderate. While we appreciated the food, the abrupt and unwelcoming behavior towards the end of our visit left a sour taste in our mouths. It's important for any establishment to treat its customers with respect and consideration, especially on special occasions.
