The hot coffee wasn’t even hot. It was cold and tasteless. Why did you charge money for it? Totally useless and disappointing.

We had order through kfc app and mode was takeaway on 31.12.2025...First of all the my order was scheduled by 10pm but the staff didn't even acknowledge me till 10.30 after shouting and asking repeatedly my order was given to me which was already ready.....After coming home and eating....Most of the pieces were half fried (attached photos of the same)and the others which were fried all were either bland or were feeling like dalda after eating...literally felt like waste of money Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
