A great spot, overall. They serve great food and the staff is so helping and kind. 'Pawan bhaiya aur unki kahaniyaan' always win us all over. He makes the best Ginger Tea and Hot Chocolate. The ambience and atmosphere here at this place is so welcoming. Definitely will be coming over and over again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

(If I had the option, I’d give 0 stars) This was by far the worst café experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken grilled sandwich and waited 1.5 hours—only to be served a veg sandwich. I rejected it politely and reminded them of my order. After another hour, they brought me a veg cheese sandwich, still completely wrong. When I asked the waiter for an explanation, he said nothing—no apology, no concern, nothing. The service is unbelievably slow, the staff careless, and it’s clear they don’t care about customers at all. If there were a way to give zero stars, I absolutely would.
