The food is absolutely amazing. I tried the lemon coriander soup, aglio olio, tea, coffee, sandwiches, veg wrap, everything is just yum, clean and fresh. (If I had the option, I’d give 0 stars) This was by far the worst café experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken grilled sandwich and waited 1.5 hours—only to be served a veg sandwich. I rejected it politely and reminded them of my order. After another hour, they brought me a veg cheese sandwich, still completely wrong. When I asked the waiter for an explanation, he said nothing—no apology, no concern, nothing. The service is unbelievably slow, the staff careless, and it’s clear they don’t care about customers at all. If there were a way to give zero stars, I absolutely would.
