Very bad experience. If there was an option for negative stars, I would give that instead. I ordered 2 burgers from the KFC app and waited for more than 2 hours. No food, no updates, nothing. The worst part was the customer service. There is no direct number to contact the store. I called customer care, and they gave me a number that was switched off. Every time I contacted them, they kept saying, "Someone will contact you soon." But nobody ever called or helped me. I waited for over 2 hours for nothing and finally had to cancel my order. Such a waste of time. Don't use the KFC app. If anything goes wrong, don't expect any help. Very poor customer service and a horrible experience. Never ordering from the app again.
