Come here for a drink after a long walk around Pavna River. This restaurant provides tasty vegan burgers, grilled chicken and paneer. Good coffee cakes, brownies and fudge have a nice taste. Delicious americano is served - try and enjoy.

Visited on a Sunday around 8:30 PM, which is usually a busy time. Surprisingly, no staff was at the counter to take orders, and only one of the two kiosks was working. There were at least 7 people in line, and it took much longer than expected just to place an order. I received a flat Coke with no gas—just sugary water. It was replaced, but that shouldn't happen in the first place. The wait for food was over 30 minutes, which is too long for a fast-food experience. Service and efficiency need serious improvement, especially during peak hours. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800

Dear McDonald's Team, I visited your Narayan Peth outlet today and had a very disappointing experience. The cashier was drinking Pepsi inside the counter while the manager was also present, yet no one was available to take orders. I wanted to try the ₹69 combo, but the cashier informed me that the prices had increased, even though the menu board was not updated. Additionally, they did not have sufficient change and assured me they would provide it with my order, but I never received it upon delivery. Overall, the service was quite poor, and I hope you take immediate steps to improve customer experience at this location. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
