It was my first time not being able to eat at KFC because the food had no taste and was too oily. The service was also very poor. I think KFC has reduced its staff, so the remaining employees seem too busy with packing orders. Nowadays, the staff look quite unhygienic, and their clothes appear old. The kitchen is also not clean or hygienic, and things are not properly arranged. I have never seen a KFC like this before. Maybe the staff are not well-trained, or they are being underpaid. In addition, there is no washroom available. Overall, I am totally disappointed. Parking is another issue during peak hours, it’s almost impossible to find a spot.
