Visited Barbeque Nation recently and had a really bad experience.First, we had to wait a long time for refills. The paneer was sour, and only after complaining did they replace it. But the worst part was during billing — I paid the full amount through Zomato, and after that, the manager came and said they didn’t receive the payment. They forced me to pay again directly at the restaurant!We waited more than 2 hours, it was so embarrassing and frustrating. After multiple calls to both Zomato and Barbeque Nation, they finally confirmed the payment and allowed us to leave.The manager, Mr. Mrinal, was extremely rude and didn’t know how to talk to customers. Very poor service and totally unprofessional behavior. Never expected this kind of treatment from Barbeque Nation.
