Pathetic service by waiter, they don't know to speak English neither hindi and we showed him picture also we wanted this food item but he bought some other item on top of it he was arguing with us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

I ordered 2 Parottas, 2 Appams, and Chicken Roast. What turned up? A magic trick. Out of the four breads, only 1 lonely Appam survived the journey. The 2 Parottas and the other Appam must have taken a detour. Maybe they’re still sightseeing on the way. The Chicken Roast, to be fair, was finger-licking good. So good, we actually licked our fingers clean because there was nothing else to wipe the gravy with. And the icing on the cake? Swiggy’s “support” decided our hunger and inconvenience were worth a lavish ₹65 refund. Not even enough to buy the 2 Parottas you forgot, but hey, who cares about math when you can automate nonsense? To make it worse, this wasn’t some casual dinner order. The food was delivered to a hospital ward where my friends father is admitted in accident case. At a time when every bit of comfort mattered, Mallu Republic managed to add frustration on top of crisis. Chicken Roast: Responsibility: One star, and that’s me being generous.
