KFC gaurcity Mall has the most careless and arrogant staff I’ve ever seen. Specially miss renu Jaiswal Zero professionalism – she look like she is forced to work there. She acts like she is doing us a favour by taking orders. Asked for help and got attitude instead of answers. No respect for customers, totally irresponsible behaviour. If KFC wants to lose customers, this branch is doing a great job. If my message is reaching the KFC Gaucity owner, please fire her,Being an old customer, this is my request to you. Meal type: Lunch

The food didn’t taste fresh and tasted bad. Service! even worse than their food. Atmosphere - The place was empty with one table occupied at 7 Pm in the evening, even then non of the tables were clean. After my experience I understood why the restaurant was almost empty. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
