Worst customer care, worst delivery with no update on app. Still not refund, no update on 19th december for the order placed on 3rd december I placed an order on the KFC app around 8:00 PM on 3rd december, and the app showed an expected delivery time of 8:43 PM. We waited, but there was no update on the order status. I was unable to cancel the order myself, and I also couldn’t reach customer support—the calls remained on hold for nearly 30 minutes each time and then got disconnected. Finally, at around 9:50 PM, I received a message stating that the order was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. This is extremely disappointing. What kind of service is being provided, and what is happening at the KFC Galaxy Blue Sapphire (Greater Noida) outlet? I received no dinner and, till now, no refund has been processed. After that i started mail to get my refund, and i just getting reply that Store will connect with you after there is no call back, no refund money. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
