I had a shockingly disturbing experience at KFC HiLite Mall Kozhikode, something that you would never ever expect from KFC, anywhere, ever! The staff, including the outlet manager, was not only rude, discourteous and inconsiderate, but also insulting. The manager Alan with no qualms was eager to support his member of staff and was trying to intimidate me, as a customer, to the extent of dropping the matter. And all this for what, for asking and explanation on the food delay. Their comments were even against their very standard operating procedures which they had no consideration for. At one point, when another guest took their side, the member of staff, Saket, went one step forward by ordering me to keep quiet and not speak about the matter any more. I am not sure if this is what KFC India thinks about customer service. I seriously doubt the training standards of KFC India after this incident.
