Visited KFC Kollam recently and noticed that the outlet seemed to be run entirely by ladies—at least during my visit, I didn’t see any male staff. There was a small issue with my order. I had ordered a Zinger Box, but the staff (who appeared to be new) served a Zinger Meal instead. When I raised the concern, the manager handled the situation very professionally and politely. They quickly corrected it by giving us all the add-ons that come with the box combo, which was much appreciated. Overall, customer handling was very good and left a positive impression. Parking space is limited but manageable, with space for about 3–4 cars. A decent KFC outlet with good service and responsive management.
