The staff at this KFC lacks courtesy and professionalism. Their behaviour towards customers was arrogant and not at all encouraging. I wonder even after getting so many negative comments about the staff behaviour at this KFC outlet, why a brand with such strong reputation and goodwill is promoting these kind of staffs. I never had such an unfortunate ignorant experience from any other KFC Outlets Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Not good Actual Wednesday offer is INR.399 but according to KFC rule we should buy dip and mayo INR.28.58 each so actual value is 479 including GST. I had waited for 30 minutes after order for getting the item and many people had been waiting for the item more than 30 minutes Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I give rating as single star due to its very bad service. I went and bought products worth Rs.4000+ and asked whether they do home delivery as my home was less than 500 mtr from the shop. I was told only for online booking they do home delivery. It was okey and I waited for the product. Once it was ready, they gave it in 4-5 big packets. I requested to give it in a bag. They gave 4 small bags and asked me to take it. Even nobody helped me to take it to the car parking. Even after making such a purchase, the way the service was very bad. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
