Firstly, the service was very bad. Food ordered was brought obe by one in intervals of 15-20 minutes. They could have atleast told that there will be a delay. And above all they have named their restaurant "MANDHI PALACE", which is not at all deserved. We ordered MASALA SHAWAI MANDHI, which was undercooked and not at all with any masala as the name mentioned. The chicken was very dry on the outside. I've eaten mandhi from many restaurants in kollam and till date I can absolutely say this is the worst one of all. Do check out the photos uploaded as we left without even eating the food. Worst experience ever. The worst Mandi I have eaten from Kollam. Cheap service. They are not even interested in hearing the complaints of customers. I went with my family and did not eat half of the food because of low quality. It was for the first time I ever wasted food in a hotel.
